Course Content: 

Fundamentals of Regenerative Medicine

• Understand the science of MSCs, Wharton’s Jelly, and exosomes—what they do in the body, how they work, and when to choose one product over another for a specific condition or pathology for optimal outcomes.
• Build a treatment framework that covers patient selection, candidacy, and treatment plans for major joints and tendinopathies commonly treated with regenerative injections.
• Gain a clear, unbiased overview of the current federal regulatory environment around MSCs and exosomes, including what is and is not allowed in clinical practice.
• Learn how to protect your practice with compliant documentation, ethical marketing, and transparent patient communication about what these products are—and what they can realistically do.

Ultrasound and Procedural Skills

• Establish a solid foundation in ultrasound fundamentals: how the machine works, probe handling, image optimization, and recognizing key surface and deep anatomy.
• Develop confidence in ultrasound-guided major joint and tendon injections, with a focus on accurate needle visualization and safe, reproducible needle paths.
• Finish the online modules already knowing where to look, what you are seeing, and how to translate that image into a precise needle tip location.

Hands-On Lab Experience

• Attend a one-day, high-yield cadaver lab designed to provide a real-world experience. Across eight comprehensive hours, you will repeatedly perform each injection until it feels natural.
• Progress through gel phantoms for basic needle acquisition, live models for patient positioning and anatomy recognition, and finally ultrasound-guided injections on
